Thank you for your interest in applying to work with Innovative Services, Inc. (ISI) ISI direct care staff strive to provide the support necessary for consumers to live as independently as possible in their homes and in the community.
Direct Care
We are currently accepting applications for our direct care worker positions. Direct care staff assist consumers with their grooming needs, housekeeping, meal preparation, accessing and understanding their medications, laundry and participating in community activities such as dinner out, shopping, bowling, going to a movie or to church.
We may have full- and part-time positions available for first, second and third shifts. All direct care positions require a commitment of every other weekend. Our part-time positions are flexible, can work around many schedules and some are weekends only.
To apply for a direct care position, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent or a CNA license/Personal Care Worker certificate. A valid WI driver's license is desirable.
If you are in the Green Bay area, please complete an application in person at 445 S. Madison Street (on the corner of Chicago and Madison streets). Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If you are in the Appleton area, please complete an application in person at 2181 W. Spencer Street. Our Appleton hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
