Direct Support Professional (All Areas)

We are currently accepting applications for our Direct Support Professional positions. Direct care staff assist consumers with their grooming needs, housekeeping, meal preparation, accessing and understanding their medications, laundry and participating in community activities such as dinner out, shopping, bowling, going to a movie or to church.

Candidates will be working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health issues. 

We may have full- and part-time positions available for first, second and third shifts. All direct care positions require a commitment of every other weekend. Our part-time positions are flexible, can work around many schedules and some are weekends only.

To be eligible for a direct care position, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent or a CNA license/Personal Care Worker certificate. A valid WI driver's license is desirable. 

Positions available throughout Wisconsin including Green Bay, Appleton, Waupaca, Kewaunee County, Stevens Point, LaCrosse, Whitehall, Sparta, Merrill & Antigo.
